Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified by BOXTO, all purchases made on this website are eligible for return under the conditions outlined below. Products purchased from retail locations (such as golf pro shops, department stores, specialized stores) must adhere to the store's specific return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return products in new condition if they are defective or do not meet your order specifications upon receipt. If your claim is approved by BOXTO, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Refunds require the actual receipt of returned products or proof of return delivery.

After completing this step, a return label will be sent to you.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase. Once BOXTO receives and approves your return, we aim to process refunds within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing times by financial institutions may apply. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Return Requirements
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Products are in new condition.
- Purchased within the last 30 days.
- Physically shipped from within the U.S.
- Products are in their original state and packaging.
- Items are clean, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original labels/tags attached. BOXTO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Shipping and Handling
BOXTO is not liable for returns lost or damaged during transit or any additional charges incurred during return shipment. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Exclusions
Only regular-priced products may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless prohibited by law. Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature.
